How it works

In full compliance with privacy regulations, connecting to CCTV already installed in the store or using ad hoc solutions, complex algorithms can recognize the presence of faces, extracting peculiar features needed to estimate gender and age.
Using these cameras at the entrance and in the windows it's possible to discover the demography both of internal customers and of the people passing by.
Moreover, specialized scanners can recognize the presence of WiFi devices, completing the information to make data even more precise and reliable. 

What can you discover?

The system allows you to answer to questions like:
- Which is the demography of my customers and of the people passing by outside my shop, divided by sex and age?
- What is the behavior of the non-purchasers, specified by age and gender?
- How many customers are present in the different moments of the day and in the different days of the week?
- Which is the value of the average transaction, divided by age and gender (including those with fidelity cards)?
- Which is the flow of persons outside my store?
- What is the ratio between persons passing by and entering the shop?
- What is the level of loyalty of my customers?
- How frequently do my customers come back in average?
